Information ServiceCrown processes
ServiceCrown processes account details, customer and booking contact information, job information, and conversation content to provide the service to the relevant service business.
Website AI
Website AI is not yet generally available. Website AI conversations may be processed by AI service providers. Booking details and conversation content may be stored and made available to the service business whose assistant you are using.
Data care
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through Website AI. Access is limited by account, tenant, and channel controls.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to operate and support the service, including after a trial ends. A final retention and deletion schedule will be published on this page. Businesses can contact ServiceCrown to request access, correction, export, or deletion assistance where applicable.
