Terms of service
This notice explains how ServiceCrown currently works, in plain language. ServiceCrown is operated by SERVICECROWN LIMITED, New Zealand.
Trial and access
A new account receives 15 days of Business plan access with no card required. Separately gated features are not included in general trial access. The trial is granted by ServiceCrown, not by a payment provider. When it ends without a subscription the account holds no plan until one is chosen. ServiceCrown may also grant complimentary access to an account by arrangement.
Business responsibility
The service business remains responsible for reviewing customer, job, quote, invoice, scheduling, tax, and accounting information before relying on or sending it. ServiceCrown remains the source of truth for its records.
AI-assisted actions
AI output may be incomplete or mistaken. Sensitive dashboard actions pause for confirmation, while separately gated website-booking tools can collect details and create booking records when enabled. Website AI is not yet generally available. Users should review operational results.
External services
Xero export is manual and one-way: ServiceCrown invoices can be sent to Xero as drafts. Jobber access is read-only. Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Subscription prices are in NZD per business per month, including GST. Plan prices shown on the site are the prices that apply when a plan is chosen.
